REPAIR

Please help me make this a straight forward repair or creation.  Have preferences written out and/ or a diagram drawn in advance.  All finished pieces will be photographed for my portfolio and may be gift wrapped upon request.  Please furnish me with a contact number and email address for open communication while work on the piece is in progress; you will be notified upon completion.  As a Professional courtesy, I welcome any and ALL questions/concerns previous to, to make certain that your piece is completed to your satisfaction. 

A repair is determined by client preference of metals, bead or gem type utilized in the repair/creation of a one of a kind handcrafted piece or repair of your piece.  All work is guaranteed accordingly.  Price of a repair can be negotiated fairly; keeping in mind the time spent on the piece, and attention to detail and materials used. 

Quotes for jewelry repair are available via email, be sure to give a full description for better service.

If D's Bejeweled Wishes & Gifts is not able to repair a piece for any reason; due to the condition of the piece upon receipt or prior to repair or when the client limits the quality and or materials used in the repair and my quality of work is compromised, then I may decline to repair the piece and may refer you elsewhere and return your piece with no charge. 

A client may be asked to furnish an appraisal of the piece(s) previous to repair or assembly of to protect myself respectfully.  In the event, the value of a piece is questionable or unknown and I deem it necessary, I may have the piece(s) appraised and in turn, append any cost to the client in the invoice as needed.  If this should be the case the client will be notified via email first.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from D's Bejeweled Wishes & Gifts I will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase, email me with the reason and allow me facilitate a good transaction for you.

Cancellation of an order should be executed immediately after ordering and will be subject to PayPal policies as well. 

No returns on 'Special Order' pieces or 'Made to Order' pieces.

Note: Non-refundable creations will require half of the purchase price down prior to, and be paid in full upon completion of said order to be either delivered or shipped to your address.

Policy & Shipping

 Once your payment is sent thru PayPal and received directly to my PayPal account, and  I receive payment confirmation via email I will ship your Order with in 48 hours.  I will notify you with the shipment confirmation. If you are purchasing more than one piece/item, you can email me in advance to the purchase, and I will combine shipping charges.

D's Bejeweled Wishes & Gifts offers a Shipping rate that is the least expensive route, usually 4-7 days via United States Postal Service.
